Terms of sale
These terms apply to quotes and orders placed through this website.
Who may buy
We sell to organizations: research laboratories, distributors and skincare brands. By requesting a quote or applying for a trade account, you confirm that you act for an organization and have authority to bind it.
Permitted use
Products are sold subject to our Research use policy. Research-grade products are for laboratory research only and are not for human or veterinary use. Cosmetic-ingredient products are sold as raw material, and the buyer is responsible for the safety, claims, labelling and regulatory compliance of its finished products.
Quotes and orders
Prices are given by written quote. A quote is valid for the period stated in it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, as set out in the Research use policy.
Shipping and import
The buyer is responsible for knowing and meeting the import, licensing and customs requirements of the destination country, and for any duties and taxes. We may ask for an end-use statement or a business registration before shipping.
Documentation
Each batch has a batch number. A certificate of analysis for a batch describes that batch only. Buyers should check the batch number and product name on the documents against those on the goods on receipt and tell us promptly of any difference.
Warranty and liability
We warrant that goods match the batch documentation at the time of dispatch. Except as stated in this section, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty, and our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when we confirm an order apply to that order.
